We build our Greenstone amplifiers to last and to be reliable during even the toughest road-trip. We offer free return-to-base service to the original owner for three years from the date of service excluding parts.
Please note that the opening of our amplifers will void the warranty unless the work is carried out by a qualified technician authorised by Greenstone Amplifiers to work on our products.

In order to use this facility please follow this process:
- Contact us and supply your name, address , purchase dealer or source and amplifier serial number.
- Arrange to have your amplifier shipped to us via whichever means you prefer. We recommend a service which includes insurance.
- We will give the amplifiers a thorough testing and return it to you performing as new.
- We will only bill you for the return shipping assuming no parts are required.
- If parts are reqiured and the amplifier is less than one year old we will cover the cost of all components.
- Should you wish to use a local technician insdead of returning it to us, please have them contact us for authorisation. Opening of the amp before this authorisation has been granted will void the warranty. We will not unreasonalby withold authorisation assuming the technician is suitably qualifed and experienced
